1️⃣ After filling out the online registration form on the organization's website, an email with a link to the questionnaire for candidates for membership of the NGO "VAKHPR" will be sent to your email address specified in the form.

2️⃣ Filling out the questionnaire

Please follow the link in the letter and fill out the candidate form, indicating your passport details, contact information, and educational data.

3️⃣ Add scanned copies of the following documents to the application form:

— Membership application (signed in person);
— Copy of the passport of a citizen of Ukraine and identification code;
— Copy of diploma(s) of education and additional education (if available);
— Photo for membership card.

4️⃣ Application review

The documents will be considered at the next meeting of the NGO Board. After approval, a confirmation letter and membership card will be sent to your email.

5️⃣ Payment of entrance and membership fees

To become a member of the NGO "VAKHPR", you must pay:
— Entry fee — 500 UAH – one-time payment, during the current month.
— Annual membership fee — 2000 UAH – payment during the current month. In the future, the annual membership fee is paid in January of each following year.
